Naza Citra is redefining MPV in whole new class through technological breakthroughs. The sleek Citra vehicle houses a powerfull 2.0 Double Overhead Cam (DOHC) engine which marks true craftmanship and technology. The Citra’s engine delivers an impressive output 138ps@6,00 RPM and a miximum torque of 174.6n & 4,500rpm. Citra is also fitted with a front-engine/front wheel-drive configuration for maximum traction-ideal for wet and slippery driving. To maintain a high degree of driving excellence, Naza Citra is equipped with gas filled dampers and coil spring that delivers superior and precision handling.
Naza Citra is manufactured at the Naza Automotive Manufacturing (NAM) in Gurun, Kedah. The plant covers a massive 140 acres and visions to emerge as Asean’s biggest automotive manufacturer. Since establishment, the plant was tasked to assemble Naza Ria MPV and continues to play an important role in heightening the local automotive industry leading towards becoming a key player in the South-East Asia region.
Safety First is the ‘perfect’ word to describe Naza Citra
Vast amount of attention has been directed in designing Naza Citra’s safety aspects. Risk of chest injuries are minimized with front searbelts equipped with a pretensioning and load limiter mechanisms. The newly developed Dual Powered airbag is strategically placed for both driver and passenger which provides excellent protection. Anti-Lock Bracking System (ABS) comes with electronic brake forces distribution (EBD) which automatically distributes responsive braking power among the four disc brakes under panic braking conditions.
